Being a second year non-profit, Oscillation Transia Film Festival has relied heavily on the support of its community.  After a successful Kickstarter campaign last spring and many generous donations, Oscillation Transia can proudly say they will be touring the U.S. summer and fall of 2018 to offer free solar education and exposure to innovative independent cinema.
